The chemical composition of A36 steel plate is mainly composed of iron, carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements. The carbon content is relatively high, generally around 0.2%, ensuring that the steel has a certain hardness and toughness. The addition of silicon, manganese and other elements enhances the strength and toughness of steel. The content of elements such as phosphorus and sulfur is low to ensure that the steel plate has good welding performance and corrosion resistance. A36 steel plate has excellent mechanical properties, and its tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and impact toughness are all higher than ordinary steel.
